Forward Together
Guide Dog Users of Canada (GDUC) helps guide dog users maximize the benefits of mobility with a guide dog so that they may participate more fully in Canadian society.
Open to guide dog users and all those interested in furthering their cause, GDUC intends to become a voice for Canadian guide dog users and a centre of excellence on the activities, needs and accomplishments of persons who are blind or deaf-blind, and assisted by guide dogs.
Step out with us and let us work together to make a difference for guide dog teams in Canada. Join Guide Dog Users of Canada!
GDUC is...

- A support group when guide dogs are sick, retire or die and when users are looking for a school to train with a new dog
- An information and support network to assist guide dog teams when they experience access problems
- An organization that educates the public and service providers on how guide dogs work, how to assist guide dog teams when needed and the benefits they offer to the mobility, freedom and independence of persons who are blind or deaf-blind
- A group that gets together to socialize, have fun and share experiences
