Guide Dog Users of Canada is run primarily by a volunteer board of directors who are scattered across the country. As board members are, by definition, blind or visually impaired guide dog handlers, contacting us via e-mail is the preferred method, since we can access and read such correspondence more easily than printed letters in the mail.
