New Resource: International Travel Requirements for Guide Dogs

Michael Osborn (from Guide Dogs for the Blind) presented a compilation report at the May 24, 2004 International Guide Dog Federation Seminar in Switzerland, detailing the medical, documentation, and procedural requirements for travelling with a guide dog on a country-by-country basis.
